About Integr8AI Human Technologies Ltd

Governance from Day One. Practical AI that delivers business value, not science projects.

Integr8AI helps small and mid-sized organisations move fast with AI while staying in control. We focus on strategy, governance, and adoption so that AI projects create measurable value, withstand regulatory scrutiny, and are understood by the people who use them.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make responsible AI adoption achievable for organisations that don’t have huge in-house data science teams. We help you identify where AI can genuinely improve speed, quality, cost, and risk. We then put the governance, training, and metrics around it so that boards, auditors, and customers can trust the results.

Key Points:

AI should solve real business problems, not exist as a side-line experiment.

Governance and evidence must be built in from the first pilot, not bolted on later.

The biggest risk is doing nothing while competitors learn how to use AI safely.

What We Do

Diagram showing three paths: Greenfield (Workshop), Experimenting (2-Week Sprint), Scaling (Commercial Assurance).

We sit at the intersection of AI strategy, governance, and delivery. Our work is designed for organisations under board and regulator scrutiny who need to show that AI is being used responsibly.

We work with leadership teams to prioritise high-value use cases and produce a board-ready 90-day plan, taking you from the first workshop to operational deployment.

How We Work With You

Business value first: Every engagement starts with a clear problem. If we cannot see a route to measurable value within 90 days, we will say so.

Partnership delivery model: For deep engineering, integration, or heavy automation, we work with specialist delivery partners. We remain your strategic continuity, keeping delivery aligned to your risk appetite, operating model, and business goals.

Governance as an enabler: We don’t use governance to slow progress. We use it to set “safety rails” so teams can move faster with confidence. That includes practical evidence such as DPIA/PIA trigger checks, decision logs, and a live risk register - so stakeholders can review and sign off without guesswork.

IHTL FLAIR™: Our work is guided by IHTL FLAIR™ — a governance-first framework for moving from AI intent to governed delivery. Explore IHTL FLAIR™.

Our Team

Integr8AI is led by senior practitioners who have navigated digital transformation in high-stakes environments. You work directly with the founders, not junior associates.

Etan-Ogbemi-web-X7283695-600x600

Etan Ogbemi

Etan is a senior leader focused on governance-led digital change in regulated and data-sensitive environments, including oil and gas. He works with boards and executive teams to turn AI ambition into adoption plans that hold up under scrutiny, with clear decision-making, practical controls, and measurable outcomes. Etan serves on multiple boards, bringing a strong governance lens to AI readiness, operating model choices, and data governance.

His focus is pragmatic: aligning stakeholders, setting “red lines”, and building audit-ready evidence (decision logs, risk controls, and metrics) so organisations can move from intent to governed pilots and scale without creating compliance debt.

Oluwole Ajayi

Oluwole brings over 30 years’ experience across enterprise software and management consulting, with leadership roles at SAP, Oracle, Workday and Korn Ferry. He combines deep product and platform understanding with pragmatic change delivery, helping leaders move from AI ambition to measurable value.

Oluwole focuses on sponsorship, adoption and operating rhythm: clear owners, benefits tracking, and decisions grounded in evidence. He has managed transformation portfolios exceeding £10m across banking, life sciences and the public sector. His focus is practical: ensuring AI is treated as an operational change programme, with ROI logic, governance, and solutions people will actually use - not vanity pilots.
